THC will provide different support services that are required for you to live a happy and healthy life by giving you supervision of daily tasks such as:
Book and Attend general appointments
Assistance in capability building
Assess and report WHS at your house (e.g Fire drill)
Gardening Skills and Cooking Meals
Respite Care
Learn budgeting skills
Make liveable space and meet all tenancy requirements
